✨I love my morning coffee routine since it’s so therapeutic for me! I enjoy the repetitive nature of it since it helps me calm down and pick myself up as I start a new day leaving yesterday behind… whilst boosting a positive mindset to focus on what’s to come. Happy Sunday!✨

RECIPE
2 shots of espresso
milk of choice - a bit under the spout of a 500ml milk pitcher
Brew two shots of espresso using your coffee machine or your choice of brewer.
Steam your milk in your milk pitcher (i use 500ml) while creating a vortex. Continue steaming until you get to a paint like consistency and avoid creating huge bubbles ( I used oat milk here).
Pour your milk over your double shot of expresso. Attempt to create some latte art if you are a pro. Otherwise just pour into towards the center like me. It still tastes really good. Enjoy your hot oat milk latte!
