✨I love my morning coffee routine since it’s so therapeutic for me! I enjoy the repetitive nature of it since it helps me calm down and pick myself up as I start a new day leaving yesterday behind… whilst boosting a positive mindset to focus on what’s to come. Happy Sunday!✨

RECIPE

  • 2 shots of espresso

  • milk of choice - a bit under the spout of a 500ml milk pitcher

  1. Brew two shots of espresso using your coffee machine or your choice of brewer.

  2. Steam your milk in your milk pitcher (i use 500ml) while creating a vortex. Continue steaming until you get to a paint like consistency and avoid creating huge bubbles ( I used oat milk here).

  3. Pour your milk over your double shot of expresso. Attempt to create some latte art if you are a pro. Otherwise just pour into towards the center like me. It still tastes really good. Enjoy your hot oat milk latte!
