Welcome to my beans corner, where I love exploring/sharing new beans from various specialty coffee roasters for my espresso drinks. ☕️💗✨

Exploring new beans from specialty coffee roasters across the country is a passion of mine that fuels my creativity in crafting espresso drinks. Each roaster offers a unique flavor profile, reflecting their distinct roasting techniques and the origin of the beans. I enjoy experimenting with different blends and single origins, discovering the nuances in taste that elevate my daily coffee experience. Sharing these discoveries with my audience allows them to join me on this flavorful journey and perhaps inspire them to try new varieties as well.

MY ALL TIME FAV. BEANS

Perc is my all time fav. roaster! As a designer, I absolutely love their branding, packaging and color palette. But I absolutely love trying out their various fruit combos and unique flavor profile beans they come up with seasonally. So far I’ve always love it!

They have 31% off every 13th of the month and I love taking a peek at what they are offering. Other times I just get them through @tradecoffeeco

My fav. from them:

HONDURAS La Esmeralda
White Chocolate & Twizzlers
Light Roast
Natural Process

RWANDA Gitwe Site
Plum & Brown Sugar
Light Roast
Washed Process

TANZANIA Nyasi Furaha
Clementine & Honey
Light Roast
Washed Process

I came across Newbery St Coffee Roasters on instagram occasionally scrolling.

But I was lucky to attend one of their pop-ups at Parachute Home in Brooklyn where they a few drink options to try out and beans I could buy.

We tried the regular cold brew and the famous “Flying Bee” which was a cold brew topped with his special 🍯 honey cold foam & both were simply amazing 🤌🏻😍

@pack.kati - 3rd place US National Brewers Cup Champion 2024 was super nice, genuine and welcoming 🙏 We had a really fun experience watching him create our drinks so beautifully and enjoyed every bit of it.

My fav. from them:

MAE KHA JAN Thailand
Ripe Cherry, Bitter Orange, Dark Chocolate
Medium Dark Roast
Washed Process

SOPA OMKOI Thailand
Orange, Stone Fruit, Grapefruit
Light Roast
Washed Process

Bean & Bean is from a Korean mother + daughter Q grader duo from New York. I found them through @tradecoffeeco when I was browsing and since I’m from New York as well they caught my attention.

Since opening their first shop on Rector & Broadway in 2008, they’ve grown Bean & Bean to four locations, now with a roastery in Queens, New York as well.

I always get their Peru Las Damas and keep coming back to it time and again.

My fav. from them:

PERU Las Damas
Tangerine, Caramel, Dark Chocolate
Medium Roast
Washed Process
